Refund Policy — BeatMusic AI Music Generator

We want you to be happy with BeatMusic. If it's not the right fit, here's how refunds work.

1. Refund Eligibility

You can get a full refund if all of the following are true:

  • Request made within 7 days of purchase
  • You've used fewer than 50 credits (equivalent to about 10 songs, 1 music video, or 2 audio processing tasks)
  • This is your first refund request
  • You haven't violated our Terms of Service

2. How to Request a Refund

Email support@beatmusic.ai with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:

  • Your account email address
  • Purchase date
  • Reason for refund (optional, but helps us improve)

We'll review your request and respond within 3 business days.

3. What Happens After Approval

  • Within 3 business days: We confirm approval and process the refund
  • Within 5–10 business days: Money returns to your original payment method (timing depends on your bank)
  • On your account: Subscription or credits are cancelled, generated content from that period is removed, and you return to the free tier

4. When Refunds Don't Apply

  • After 7 days — The refund window has closed
  • 50+ credits used — You've used the service substantially (50 credits = ~10 songs, 1 video, or 2+ audio tasks)
  • Repeat requests — One refund per customer, ever
  • Promotional purchases — Discounted or promotional offers are generally non-refundable (check specific offer terms)
  • Partial refunds — We don't offer refunds for unused portions of subscription periods, remaining credits, or partial months
  • Account violations — Accounts suspended for rule-breaking are not eligible

5. Cancelling Your Subscription

Don't want a refund but want to stop paying? Cancel anytime:

  1. Log into your BeatMusic account
  2. Go to Settings > Billing
  3. Click Cancel Subscription
  4. Confirm your choice

After cancellation:

  • You keep access until the end of your current billing period
  • No further charges
  • You can re-subscribe anytime

Cancellation does not trigger a refund for remaining time. You keep full access until your paid period ends.

6. Annual Plans

Annual plans follow the same refund rules — 7-day window, under 50 credits used, first-time only. We don't offer partial refunds on annual plans because they include significant discounts.

7. Special Circumstances

Technical Issues

If serious technical problems prevented you from using the service, contact us. We'll review these cases individually, even outside the normal refund window.

Billing Errors

Charged twice or billed the wrong amount? Let us know immediately at support@beatmusic.ai. We fix billing errors quickly.

Major Service Changes

If we make changes that significantly affect the service you paid for, we may offer prorated refunds or account credits.

8. Frequently Asked Questions

Can I get a refund after 7 days? Generally no. The 7-day window gives you enough time to evaluate the service.

What if I forgot to cancel? Unfortunately, we can't refund for forgotten cancellations. We recommend setting a calendar reminder.

I bought the wrong plan. Can I switch? Yes — contact support@beatmusic.ai and we'll adjust your billing.

What if the AI music quality wasn't what I expected? Within the refund window, this is a valid reason. Outside the window, contact us — we may offer guidance or credits to help.
